Hello!  I’m Wataru Inoue, a UX Designer based in Chicago, IL. 

As a UX/UI Designer with over three years at Televox, I specialize in creating intuitive, end-to-end design solutions for healthcare platforms. My work includes leading the design of Televox's Practice Edition platform, which earned the 2025 MedTech Breakthrough Award for "Best Practice Management Solution," and spearheading the development of Odeza's design system by transitioning to the MUI component library. Focused on systems thinking and user-centric design, I collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a lean agile framework to deliver seamless user experiences. By championing UX principles, I ensure brand consistency, usability, and accessibility across all Televox products. My passion lies in leveraging design to drive innovation, with a commitment to enhancing user experiences and outcomes.

When I am not designing, I like to think of myself as a hobbyist.  From making keyboards, martial arts, wood working, mechanics, to researching new skills, I love to learn.  Feeding my constant curiosity by trying to understand new concepts or exchanging knowledge with others has been a constant in my life and I still have so much I want to learn.
